I am honored to announce the Cybersecurity Career Ambassador Program launch today, which aims to inspire, engage, and inform the public about the demand, opportunities, and multiple career options available through a network of volunteers to serve as champions for expanding and diversifying the nation’s cybersecurity workforce.

The Cybersecurity Career Ambassador Program seeks to create a national network of stakeholders to serve as champions for expanding and diversifying the cybersecurity workforce.
A key pillar of the program is to raise awareness on the need for diversity in the field and help to promote cybersecurity roles, especially those that increase the participation of women, minorities, veterans, persons with disabilities, and other underrepresented populations.
